The Narooma Visitor Centre provides a centralised information for visitors to Narooma and the wider region of Eurobodalla.

‘Must do’ stop for Narooma visitors
Centrally located on the east side of the Princes Highway with plenty of parking, the centre is a ‘must do’ stop for visitors seeking ideas and information about what to do and see in the area.

The centre offers locally produced souvenirs and gifts for sale.
It also houses the Lighthouse Museum – which features the original glass and mechanics from the first lighthouse on Montague Island – and a National Parks and Wildlife Service display.


MACS members exhibit art and craft in the gallery section of the Visitor Information Centre their works include original paintings in oil, watercolour and acrylic, felted goods, dolls, handmade cards, knitted and crochet goods, jewellery and prints and much more. All from local artists and crafts people.

Local Produce

Locally produced natural honey, jams, relishes, chutney and sauces including those featured in TV program River Cottage are in stock as well as handmade goods such as “the Bag Ladies” all natural paper bags made from the older editions of “the Narooma news” these novelty bags are a thoughtful example of recycling and support the Asher foundation.
